We will be happy to meet with you in order to discuss your concerns and possible available options - in a confidential neutral environment. However, please note that the Ombudsperson's Office cannot start an investigation until all other University avenues have been exhausted. A list of other offices, units and departments that may be able to resolve your concerns can be found on our GETTING HELP pages.

If you are still unable to solve your problem and would like assistance from the University Ombudsperson, please complete the confidential Request for Assistance form (see below). As a minimum, please provide contact information. However, we will be able to serve you best if this form is as complete as possible.

The Office operates from 9-5, Monday to Friday, throughout the academic year but is only open for appointments on certain days. If you wish to meet with someone, please submit the Request for Assistance form and phone or e-mail us for an appointment.
